How should I expect to feel after consuming a Good Spirits cocktail?

Not to be cheesy, but the way our culture talks about alcohol doesn't really capture the experience of drinking our non-alcoholic bevies. We like to describe it as subtle and pronounced, calming and energetic, indulgent and regret-free.

How many cans of Good Spirits should I consume?

The effectiveness of the hemp distillate and our blend of adaptogens will vary based on several factors, including height, weight, metabolism, hydration, etc. Typically, one can will produce a mild "buzz", two cans will cause a wave of calmness, and three cans will "elevate," let's say. Beyond that, report back!

What are the active ingredients in Good Spirits?

We use a proprietary blend of adaptogens and cannabinoids to create a mood-enhancing effect. Each of our non-alcoholic cocktails is crafted to promote a different vibe harnessing the adaptogenic properties of valerian root, vitamin B12, and caffeine, along with a fast-acting hemp distillate.

Valerian root is a naturally occurring plant that creates a long-lasting, calming effect. Vitamin B12, otherwise known as cobalamin, is a naturally occurring vitamin involved in metabolism that boosts energy. Caffeine is a natural stimulant.

Our broad spectrum hemp distillate is a fast-acting calming agent.

What about the CBD distillate makes it fast-acting?

Standard full-spectrum hemp distillates use oil to extract cannabinoids from hemp to produce a lipid-soluble substance that can be processed by your digestive system within 45 minutes to 1 hour. Our broad spectrum distillate uses reverse distillation to capture the smaller, water-soluble cannabinoid molecules that are absorbed in 15 minutes—so it hits like that first drink at happy hour.

Can I drink Good Spirits while pregnant or nursing?

Our beverages are not intended for people who are pregnant or nursing. Consult your physician before consumption. Active ingredients to discuss include hemp distillate, valerian root, B12 vitamins, cascara, and caffeine.

How old do I have to be to enjoy Good Spirits?

The purchase and use of CBD is intended for those 18 and over, so our beverages are not intended for children or minors.

Is Good Spirits pastuerized?

We pride ourselves on using all-natural ingredients free from "natural flavors" or chemical additives. In order to keep our cocktails fresh and safe, we double pasteurize each and every can.

Do I need to keep my item refrigerated?

We recommend that you enjoy our drinks chilled, but you don't have to take up fridge space in the meantime. If you are unable to refrigerate your items, we recommend storing them in dry space that stays under 80°F.

Shipping

How long does it take to receive an order?

We process orders within 3–5 business days, followed by a delivery window depending on your checkout preferences. Standard ground delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, so an order placed with standard ground delivery as the selection will arrive in 8–12 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on several factors, including expediting, weight, carrier, location, and promotional offers. We utilize Shopify's shipping platform to optimize shipping costs based on these factors across a number of domestic carriers.

During promotional periods, we may waive or discount shipping costs.

Do you ship worldwide?

Due to our scale and the various international laws around shipping products made with hemp-derived CBD, we currently only sell and ship in the United States.

How can I track my order?

You will receive the order and shipping confirmation via the email address you provided at checkout. Once shipping is confirmed, you will be provided with carrier information, tracking numbers, and estimated arrival times. If you experience any difficulties, please contact us.

Why is ground shipping the only option?

Good Spirits cocktails are carbonated to brighten the flavors and ensure a smooth mouthfeel. Since the contents are under pressure, shipping items in unpressurized air cargo may cause the cans to erupt at high altitudes. Ground shipping ensures that we get your order to your door safely.

Orders

How do I return an order or request a refund?

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any consumable products. If your items are defective, damaged, or unacceptable for any reason, please contact us. In most cases, we are able to offer a refund or replace your items free of charge.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as a shipping confirmation has not yet been sent to your email address.

What happens if I receive the wrong product?

Hey, we aren't perfect. If we sent you the wrong items, enjoy them free of charge, and we will make sure to fulfill your order accurately as soon as possible.

Can I subscibe to reorder Good Spirits automatically?

We do not currently offer a "subscribe and save" option due to the scale of our production process. Check back soon or sign up for our newsletter to receive updates.

How do I apply a discount to my order?

During promotions, discounts on items, orders, or shipping will either be applied automatically, or you will be provided with a promo code via email, the site, or word of mouth. At checkout, you will either see the automatically applied discount, or you will enter a valid promo code in the field "Promo Code" and your discount will be shown.
